Mrs Brenda Kaye Phillips Shrout

Brenda Kaye Phillips Shrout, 62,of Story, AR, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ Monday, January, 12, 2015. Brenda Kaye was the daughter of the late Arthur and Jewell Phillips of Story. She is survived by her spouse Donald Shrout, daughter, Donne Shrout-Compton and spouse Randy Compton. Two grandchildren Hallie and Kyle Compton of Rogers, AR. There will be a visitation on January 16, 2015 4-6p.m at Thornton Funeral Home. A celebration of her life will be held Saturday, January 17, 2015 at 1:00 p.m at Refuge Baptist Church in Story. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Camp Yolawigo in Story, AR. Pallbearers will be Jimmy Driggers, Tracy Smith, Alton Abernathy, and Johnny Ray Smith. Honorary Pallbearers: Melvin Lambert and Wayne Story. Arrangements were made under the direction of Thornton Funeral Home of Mount Ida, AR.
